A Creative Meeting - Curtains and Blinds for a Boutique Hotel

Collaborating with the wonderful Michelin Starred restaurant and hotel The Waterside Inn on the gradual renovation of their guest suites, dining areas and outdoor room spaces has been a fantastic opportunity that we have relished. Laura Roux, a talented designer with a keen eye for creativity, meticulously explores ideas for fresh and unique decor to apply to each of the lavish rooms.


Once a year, the hotel shuts its doors to the public in order to focus on maintaining the interior to a high standard. The task at hand is to find fire retardant fabrics that align with Laura's vision and then make them into robust, functional and beautiful curtains, blinds, upholstery and soft furnishings of exceptional quality for this stunning boutique hotel. Window Wear's strength is to meet these demands and overcome obstacles posed by window recesses and idiosyncrasies which are common in older buildings like The Waterside, whilst still delivering a high end product that fulfills the brief without breaking the specified budget. The collaboration has thankfully been successful thus far and some of our work is showcased below.
